What is Nyumbify?
Nyumbify is a Tanzania property marketplace. You can search houses, apartments, rooms, hostels, short stays and commercial spaces, then contact the landlord or agent directly.
How is this different from Facebook or WhatsApp groups?
Listings are searchable by location, type, price and amenities. You can compare details in one place instead of scrolling informal groups.
What does Nyumbify Verified mean?
We review the person behind the listing, key property information, and photos or details before the badge is shown. Always visit a property before paying.
Can I list a property?
Yes. Create a landlord or agent account, add your listing with at least six photos, and receive enquiries from people who are actively looking.
Does Nyumbify take rent payments?
Not yet. Contact, viewing and payment happen between you and the landlord or agent. We will only advertise in-app payments when they are actually available.
How do I report a listing?
Open the property page and use the report option if information looks suspicious, misleading or outdated.
