• Landlord identity information you choose to provide, including NIDA, for listing verification.
• Property listings, photos, videos and enquiry messages you submit.
• Technical data such as device type and approximate location when you use search filters like “Near Me”.

How we use it

We use this information to create accounts, publish listings, connect tenants with landlords or agents, improve search, and keep the marketplace safer. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

When you enquire about a property, your message and relevant contact details are shared with the listing owner or agent so they can respond. We may also share information if required by Tanzanian law.

Testimonials

If you submit a review, we may publish the quote, your role (tenant or landlord) and city on the public homepage. We do not publish your phone number with a testimonial.
