By creating an account or using Nyumbify you agree to these terms. Nyumbify is a property discovery marketplace. We help tenants, landlords and agents find each other. We do not currently process rent or purchase payments on your behalf.

Listings

Landlords and agents are responsible for the accuracy of photos, prices, availability and location. Nyumbify Verified means we have reviewed key information; it is not a guarantee of the property or of any transaction.

Enquiries

Contact between users should be lawful and respectful. Do not send money, deposits or documents to anyone you have not met and verified independently.

Reporting

You may report a listing that appears misleading, outdated or fraudulent. We may hide or remove listings that breach these terms.

Accounts

Keep your login details secure. We may suspend accounts used for spam, impersonation or illegal activity.
